Liability Waiver *


I acknowledge that training for and/or participating in running or any other endurance sporting event is an extreme test of my physical and mental limits and that such training and/or participation poses potential risks of serious bodily injury, death, or property damage. I attest that I am in good health and my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor.

Furthermore, in return for my participation in this program, I on behalf of myself and my heirs or executors I hereby:

a) WAIVE, RELEASE, and DISCHARGE Finish Strong Coaching, Dana Lyons, his officers, directors, administrators, employees, consultants, coaches and agents from any claims, costs or liabilities for personal injury, illness, death or damages of any kind which I may have now, or at any time in the future, resulting from participation in this or any other program;

b) AGREE NOT TO SUE any of the persons or entities mentioned above for any claims, costs or liabilities that I have waived, released or discharged herein;

c) INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, and HOLD HARMLESS, the persons or entities mentioned above from any claims made or liabilities assessed against them as a result of my actions.

Kerrville Half Ironman, Olympic and Sprint Triathlon Group Training Programs

Join Finish Strong Coaching’s group training program to prepare you for Kerrville Half Ironman, Olympic or Sprint Triathlon held on September 28 and 29.  Our 12-week training program begins on Monday, July 8. Once you’ve picked your race distance, you can join us for either our Half Ironman, Olympic or Sprint training group.

Each program includes detailed daily workouts, your own online training log, and many opportunities for you to directly interact with coaches at special workout sessions and classes, including:
• Monday & Wednesday tri specific coached swim workouts (7– 8 pm)
• Tuesday night track workouts (7-8 pm)
• Weekend group rides and runs available

Our coaches have years of experience coaching and competing in sprint, Olympic, half-Ironman, and Ironman distance races to help you succeed at Kerrville. Our coaches have helped many athletes successfully complete their first sprint or Olympic distance race or achieve personal bests.

Training begins Monday, July 8 and culminates with Kerrville Sprint on September 28 or Kerrville Half Ironman and Quarter Ironman on September 29.  Cost is only $275. Tech shirt included. (Price does not include race registration.)
