Liability Waiver *


I acknowledge that training for and/or participating in running or any other endurance sporting event is an extreme test of my physical and mental limits and that such training and/or participation poses potential risks of serious bodily injury, death, or property damage. I attest that I am in good health and my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor.

Furthermore, in return for my participation in this program, I on behalf of myself and my heirs or executors I hereby:

a) WAIVE, RELEASE, and DISCHARGE Finish Strong Coaching, Dana Lyons, his officers, directors, administrators, employees, consultants, coaches and agents from any claims, costs or liabilities for personal injury, illness, death or damages of any kind which I may have now, or at any time in the future, resulting from participation in this or any other program;

b) AGREE NOT TO SUE any of the persons or entities mentioned above for any claims, costs or liabilities that I have waived, released or discharged herein;

c) INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, and HOLD HARMLESS, the persons or entities mentioned above from any claims made or liabilities assessed against them as a result of my actions.

Finish Strong Spring Run Program – 18-week structured group training program

Finish Strong Coaching offers a 18-week structured training program for advanced, intermediate and beginning runners from March 16 through July 10, 2020.

This is a great opportunity to train to get faster for spring and summer 5K and 10K races. The training leads up to Muddy Trails 5K/10K race held in The Woodlands on Saturday, May 2 and any 4th of July 5K race. No matter what your ability, you can expect to improve your race times by training with intensity and following a consistent running regime.

The group meets once a week at the Tuesday evening track workout with Coach Dana Lyons at 7pm at McCullough Jr High School.

Participants will receive expert coaching, training advice, a weekly workout schedule and tech t-shirt. The cost is $150.

Finish Strong Spring Run Program – 18-week structured group training program March 16 – July 10, 2020. (The price does not include race registration.)
