Get the motivation and coaching you need to prepare for the ten-mile 10 for Texas race. This comprehensive 12-week group training plan prepares runners for the 10 for Texas race held the second Saturday in October in The Woodlands.
Training plan begins in July. Whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced runner, we have a plan that will help you improve your performance. Even if you’ve never run a 10 mile race, but you’ve completed a 5k race or currently run 3 to 4 times per week for 30 minutes or longer – our beginner plan is for you! Intermediate and experienced runners will also benefit from an appropriate plan with helpful coaching tips.
