I acknowledge that training for and/or participating in running or any other endurance sporting event is an extreme test of my physical and mental limits and that such training and/or participation poses potential risks of serious bodily injury, death, or property damage. I attest that I am in good health and my physical condition has been verified by a licensed medical doctor.

Furthermore, in return for my participation in this program, I on behalf of myself and my heirs or executors I hereby:

a) WAIVE, RELEASE, and DISCHARGE Finish Strong Coaching, Dana Lyons, his officers, directors, administrators, employees, consultants, coaches and agents from any claims, costs or liabilities for personal injury, illness, death or damages of any kind which I may have now, or at any time in the future, resulting from participation in this or any other program;

b) AGREE NOT TO SUE any of the persons or entities mentioned above for any claims, costs or liabilities that I have waived, released or discharged herein;

c) INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, and HOLD HARMLESS, the persons or entities mentioned above from any claims made or liabilities assessed against them as a result of my actions.

10 for Texas Group Training Begins July 22 – Sign up today!

Get the motivation and coaching you need to prepare for the ten-mile 10 for Texas race. This comprehensive 12-week group training program prepares runners for the 10 for Texas race held on October 12, 2019 in The Woodlands.

Training plan begins on Monday, July 22nd and is designed for the beginner through advanced runner who is looking to improve their performance. Even if you’ve never run a 10 mile race, but you’ve completed a 5k race or currently run 3 to 4 times per week for 30 minutes or longer – this program is for you! Experienced runners who enjoy training with a group and receiving helpful coaching tips will also benefit from this program.

The group meets Tuesday evenings at 7pm. You get great coaching from a certified and experienced coach, a supported weekly workout, an online daily training program (beginner through advanced) with warm-up, workout, cool down, stretching and other tips, technical running shirt, and more.
