Finish Strong Spring Run Program – 18-week structured group training program
Finish Strong Coaching offers a 18-week structured training program for advanced, intermediate and beginning runners from March 19 through July 14, 2018.
This is a great opportunity to train to get faster for spring and summer 5K and 10K races. The training leads up to Muddy Trails 5K/10K race held in The Woodlands on Saturday, April 1 and any 4th of July 5K race. No matter what your ability, you can expect to improve your race times by training with intensity and following a consistent running regime.
The group meets once a week at the Tuesday evening track workout with Coach Dana Lyons at 7pm at McCullough Jr High School.
Participants will receive expert coaching, training advice, a weekly workout schedule and tech t-shirt. The cost is $150.
