Get the motivation and coaching you need to prepare for the ten-mile 10 for Texas race. This comprehensive 12-week group training program prepares runners for the 10 for Texas race held on October 13, 2018 in The Woodlands.
Training plan begins on Monday, July 23rd and is designed for the beginner through advanced runner who is looking to improve their performance. Even if you’ve never run a 10 mile race, but you’ve completed a 5k race or currently run 3 to 4 times per week for 30 minutes or longer – this program is for you! Experienced runners who enjoy training with a group and receiving helpful coaching tips will also benefit from this program.
The group meets Tuesday evenings at 7pm. You get great coaching from a certified and experienced coach, a supported weekly workout, an online daily training program (beginner through advanced) with warm-up, workout, cool down, stretching and other tips, technical running shirt, and more.
