Finish Strong Spring Running Program – 12-week structured group training program
Finish Strong Coach Dana Lyons, certified RRCA and USAT Level II coach, will offer a 12-week structured training program for advanced, intermediate and beginning runners from January 30 through April 24, 2010.
This is a great opportunity to run with others while getting in the shape to run your fastest spring 5K or 10K races. No matter what your ability, you can expect to improve your race times by training with intensity and following a consistent running regime.
We will meet at McCullough Jr. High in the Woodlands on Saturdays at 7:30am for a brief informational meeting followed by a run. The program also includes a Tuesday evening track workouts at 7pm. Workouts will take about 1 hour.
Participants will receive expert coaching, training advice, a weekly workout schedule and t-shirt. The cost is $110. Sign up today!
