Basic Single Sport Training Plan
The Basic Plan is for the serious athlete who desires a personalized training plan and occasional advice. Designed with the same physiological principles and expert coaching experience as the other programs, the Basic program can help you achieve your goals.
Requirements
An Athlete Information Package and start-up fee of $200 are required to begin. Fee of $95 per month with a 6 month minimum.
