The Basic Plan is for the athlete who wants a plan developed around their individual needs and goals with regular contact and feedback. The Basic Plan is for those who want regular advisement and feedback.

Training Schedules

  • Training schedule supplied every 2 weeks with training goals to be achieved.
  • Daily workouts to be completed with target duration and intensity.
  • Determination of initial run and bike heart rate training zones.
  • Weekly review of your training log
  • One phone call each month initiated by the athlete
  • One email per week initiated by the athlete
  • Annual Training Plan to keep it all in perspective
  • Discounted additional services, performance testing, and products available.

Cost and Requirements
An Athlete Information Package and start-up fee of $200 are required to begin. Fee of $125 per month with a 6-month minimum. (Single sport $100/month)
