
The Select Plan is for self-motivated athletes who want one-on-one coaching advice, feedback, and performance testing. The Select Plan is geared for the athlete who wants regular personal interaction and close monitoring of your progress.
Weekly workout schedule with training goals to be achieved.
Detailed personalized daily workouts within the weekly schedule designed around the athlete’s individual strength and weaknesses with target duration and intensity.
Twice annual performance testing. Determination of bike and run heart rate zones up to 2 times a year as needed ($390 value)
An initial bike fit ($150 value)
Discounted additional services, performance testing, and products available.
Unlimited email communication with second priority response.
Scheduled phone call every two weeks initiated by athlete.
Annual Training Plan (ATP) to keep it all in perspective with once a year goal setting with a maximum of four adjustments per year.
Maximum of two schedule adjustments per month.
Group Track practice once a week.

1. Race Strategies (average of $1,200 value)
a. “A” races
i. Pre race e-mail or phone call to discuss race strategy and preparation
ii. Post race e-mail or phone call to discuss your results and future planning.
2. Race Nutrition (average of $400 value)
a. Determination of general race nutrition needs through feedback and discussion.
b. Recommended race nutrition for all races.
Cost and Requirements
An Athlete Information Package and start-up fee of $200 are required to begin. Fee of $175 per month with a six-month minimum. (Single sport $150/month)
