- Weekly workout schedule with training goals to be achieved.
- Detailed personalized daily workouts within the weekly schedule designed around the athlete’s individual strength and weaknesses with target duration and intensity.
- Quarterly performance testing. Determination of bike and run heart rate zones up to 4 times a year as needed ($780 value)

Training Schedules
Schedules are supplied to the athlete each week. The athlete records post-workout data daily by using the on-line software. The information will be reviewed frequently in order to provide constructive feedback.
Cost and Requirements
An Athlete Information Package and Initiation Fee of $200 are required to begin. Fee of $250 per month with a three-month minimum. (Single sport $200/month)
