Lee Allen, Associate Coach

Lee Allen has 10 years experience racing in endurance sports. Beginning with running half and full distance marathons, Lee began cycling as a form of cross training. Quickly falling in love with the bike, Lee dove headlong into cycling training and racing with The Woodlands Cycling Club – currently racing as a Cat. 3 and Masters road racer specializing in time trials. He has gone on to include duathlons and triathlons in his racing experience, including Ironman Texas. A Level III USAC Coach, Lee enjoys focusing on the small but significant details in training and racing that produce results. Lee has a passion for teaching and sharing with others the sport of cycling, as it pertains to duathlons, triathlons and bike races in all disciplines. Lee is also a certified USAT Level I coach.
