Premium Plus Coaching Plan: This provides the utmost attention to your training. An initial consultation to discuss all details regarding your training. A custom weekly training schedule with consistent and frequent contact maintained by email and phone. Daily and weekly training log review. Includes 4 One-on-One workouts every four weeks. $200 start up fee and $450/month.
Premium Coaching Plan: Same package as the Premium Plus package but without the One-on-One workouts. $200 start up fee and $250/month with a three month minimum.
Select Coaching Plan: This program provides a personalized and detailed workout schedule every 2 weeks. After an initial phone consultation, consistent dialogue maintained through e-mail and limited phone conversations. $200 start up fee and $150/month with a six month minimum.
Basic Coaching Plan: The Basic Plan is for the self-motivated athlete who desires a personalized training schedule and occasional advice. The program provides a customized training schedule every 4 weeks. $200 start up fee and $95/month with a six month minimum.
One-on-One Workouts: $75/hr
Phone Consultations: $50/hr.

Premium Plus Coaching Plan
The Premium Plus service provides the athlete with the most effective training program possible. Communication is unlimited and includes phone, e-mail and fax. I will review the athlete's Daily Log weekly and make appropriate changes in a continuous effort to create the most effective training program. By providing your health history, training and competitive history along with your goals, I will create the best training program for you. This program is designed for the demanding athlete wanting to maximize the benefits of the training program. The One-on-One workouts, while at the discretion of the athlete, may include, but not limited to, working on form via drills, determining heart rate zones, anaerobic threshold, sub-max performance testing or providing coaching assistance and motivation during demanding workouts.
Requirements
An Athlete Information Package and Start-Up Fee of $200 are required to begin. Fee of $450 per month with a three month minimum.
Training Schedules
Schedules are supplied to the athlete every two weeks. The athlete records post-workout data daily by using the on-line software. I will review this information frequently in order to offer constructive feedback as needed. The plan includes:
- Personalized service by an experienced, knowledgeable and enthusiastic coach
- Four One-on-One workouts per month
- One of only a limited number of clients allowed
- Monthly performance testing
- Bi-monthly plan that covers weekly and daily workouts
- Weekly training goals to be achieved
- Daily workouts to be completed with target duration and intensity
- Frequent review of your training log
- Consistent dialogue through unlimited e-mail and phone conversations (minimum of one call per week initiated by Coach Lyons)
- Allows for feedback to your physical and mental state and provides the information to make adjustments to training
- Unlimited schedule adjustments
- Annual training plan (ATP) to keep it all in perspective with unlimited adjustments

Another option, other than the Premium service is the Select plan which is less hands-on, but also costs less. This Select Coaching Plan is designed for the self-motivated athlete who doesn't need a lot of attention. Designed with the same physiological principles and expert coaching experience, the Select program can garner the same results for a lower price. By providing your health history, training and competitive history along with your goals, I will create the best training program for you.

- Training schedule supplied every 4 weeks for a total of 12 weeks of training

- Weekly training goals to be achieved
- Each workout has a specific purpose
- Daily workouts to be completed with target duration and intensity
- Frequent review of your training log
- Scheduled phone call every two weeks initiated by athlete and one monthly phone call initiated by Coach Lyons
- Unlimited email communication
- Maximum of 2 schedule adjustments per month
- Annual training plan to keep it all in perspective with a maximum of 4 adjustments per year
Basic Coaching Plan
The Basic Plan is for the serious athlete who desires a personalized training plan and occasional advice. Designed with the same physiological principles and expert coaching experience as the other programs, the Basic program can help you achieve your goals.

Phone Consultations: Are also available at $50/hr. This is a great way to discuss and help determine: goals, limiters, annual training plan options, and hints on how to make your training peaks and races more successful.
One-on-One Workouts: One-on-One workouts can help the athlete maximize form, determine heart rate zones or anaerobic threshold. Or you may simply want a companion and motivator along for your hardest workout. Fee of $75/hour.
